Research is carried out by reviewing the theories, research results, then developing a learning media reference book that will be used as a teacher's guide in developing mathematics learning media for junior high school. The book that has been developed is further validated by three experts in the field of mathematical learning media. validator consists of lecturers and mathematics teachers for junior high school. The conclusion of this study is that interactive learning is the right learning medium in mathematics learning. Some interactive media that affect math learning outcomes are interactive powerpoints, learning videos, and geogebra media. for the development of learning media, a mathematics learning media reference book was developed for junior high school. Purpose/Significance The construction of teaching reference resources, as an important part of the literature resource construction in a university library, is the direct embodiment of the library ...service for faculty members. It is of great significance to provide better support for faculty through the construction of e-reserves. Method/Process Based on the analysis and summary of the research status of the construction of e-reserves in university libraries in China, this paper puts forward the construction idea of providing access to e-reserves by expanding the function of the module of course reference books in the library management system. Results/Conclusions By adding e-book links to the collection information of course reference books in Libsys system, this paper provides readers with e-reserves, realizes the basic function of e-reserves service, and provides a feasible alternative scheme for the construction of e-reserves in university libraries in China.

The practical task of the review is to prepare a bibliographic reference manual for publication. The selection of scientific publications was based on key axiological concepts, as well as on the idea of youth as a demographic and sociocultural group of people from 14 to 30 years old, on the way to becoming psychophysiological maturity and socialization. Conclusions of a theoretical nature are connected with the identification of general patterns of development of youth axiological issues: consideration of values within the framework of individual types (moral, political, religious, family, etc.); the predominance of works devoted to the study of the mutual influence of values and the sociocultural environment; the predominant interest of scientists in the study of spiritual, moral and socio-political values; the tendency of the last 5 years to highlight the values of communication and information as an independent object of axiological research. A significant part of it belongs to reference publications. Ukrainian encyclopedics has its own tradition at least from the end of the XIX to the beginning of the XX century. These universal encyclopedias: Ukrainian General Encyclopedia, Encyclopedia of Ukrainian Studies, Ukrainian Small Encyclopedia, Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia, Internet Encyclopedia of Ukrainian, Encyclopedia of the History of Ukraine, Encyclopedia of Contemporary Ukraine, Great UkrainianEncyclopedia contain terms and the notion of bibliographic affairs, but modern requirements for terminology require new interpretations. The dispersion of professional information, therefore the issue of providing library industry employees with a generalized and structured information intensified. It’s the industry’s encyclopedias that allow you to provide professional knowledge, generalize, systematize and popularize the achievement of bibliographic science created by the Yaroslav Mudryi National Library of Ukraine «Ukrainian Bibliographic Encyclopedia» is a convenient for us, informative as much as possible actualized scientific reference resource which is addressed to library specialists. Also in the article terminology dictionaries on library science and related sciences are presented. In Lviv Polytechnic in 1996 for the first time a translated dictionary of the modern terminology of the time was concluded. It was Russian-Ukrainian Dictionary of the Bibliography Terms. A notable event in the creation of interpretive terminology dictionaries became publications: Short Terminology Dictionary on Bibliographic Study and Social Informatics and Glossary of Main Terms on Library Information Activities. Study and research on the terminology of book science, publishing and informational activities as adjacent disciplines has been going on for many years and also presented in the form of reference journals. Thus, the formation of librarian terminology is an urgent and extremely important task for the further activities of scientists. To solve the terminological problem the specialists should be highly qualified. They need to be trained in higher education institutions by introducing special courses on the basics of terminology and professional language into the curriculum.
Nowadays, for successful implementation of project knowledge in various fields of activity, one needs to study historical background that reflects the formation of the scientific foundations of ...design. The author explores three stages of history of design business evolution in Russia: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern (the latest). The first stage is associated with the formulation of key concepts, the development of basic norms of calculations, and the empirical study of the possibilities of using various models of production processes. During this period, theory and practice of project activities in such areas as construction, production, and management of the public sector were formed. Undoubtedly, the history of design business in Russia has historical background. The development of the first domestic standards and regulatory documents on the technique and technology of construction activities as well as the use of drawings refer to the 11th century. The first regulatory and methodological developments for the organization of construction work, control over their execution appeared as early as the 17th century. Since the 19th century, a labour-training program in drawing had begun, a standard architectural and civil engineering had developed. Russian specialists were developing new planning models, including scheduling models. Production organization and management thematic journals began to be published, the first professional design organizations were created. By the beginning of the 20th century, Russia had accumulated considerable experience in design business. / Для того, чтобы проектное знание на современном этапе развития получало широкомасштабное освоение в различных сферах деятельности, в том числе благодаря использованию прогрессивных информационных технологий, необходимы предпосылки. И такими предпосылками является целый ряд исторических событий, отображающих формирование научных основ проектирования. Изучение истории развития проектного дела в России позволяет идентифицировать в ней три основных этапа: дореволюционный, советский и современный (новейший). Первый этап связан с зарождением основ проектной деятельности: формулированием ключевых понятий, выработкой базовых норм расчетов, эмпирическим исследованием возможностей использования различных моделей отображения производственных процессов. Это этап становления теории и практики проектной деятельности в таких направлениях как строительство, производство и управление общественным сектором. Несомненно, история проектного дела в России имеет глубокие корни. Разработка первых отечественных норм и нормативных документов по технике и технологии ведения строительных работ, а также практика применения чертежей относятся к XI веку. Первые нормативно-методические разработки для организации строительных работ, контроля за их проведением появляются уже в XVII веке. С XIX века начинается подготовка кадров по чертежному и сметному делу, развивается типовое архитектурно-строительное проектирование. Российские инженеры активно разрабатывают уникальные модели планирования, в том числе календарного. Начинают издаваться тематические журналы по вопросам организации и управления производством, создаются первые профессиональные проектные организации. К началу XX века в России накоплен значительный опыт проектного дела.

The sociocultural aspect in the coherent linguistic methodological system of teaching Russian and developing learners’ speech is considered as a substantial component of all spheres - language, speech, communication, cultural linguistic study . Cultural linguistic (or linguocultural) aspect is realized through mastering language: 1) as a system of preserving and transmissing cultural values, 2) as a means of comprehending general and nationally-specific (for the Russian and Belarusian) ideals, traditions, customs, values and norms which guide the dialogue of cultures. As an interrelated educational process, the sociocultural aspect implies that students acquire the peculiarities of social relations expressed in meanings (peacefulness, non-aggressiveness, tendency to consent and search for compromises, helping another person, denying unmotivated violence, reasonable needs, etc.). The sociocultural aspect also means developing learners’ ability to comply with the norms that determine these relations.
