The 19th century German Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche is generally perceived as a great critic of Christianity. However, various texts of his suggest that he was in fact viewed as a spiritual ...figure among various literary figures during the first decades of the 20th century. The present research project therefore explores this notion by identifying Friedrich Nietzsche's spiritualities. Furthermore, this research investigated how Nietzsche's spiritualities influenced the development of the early twentieth century abstract expressionist painter and art theorist, Wassily Kandinsky's theory of art. Therefore, a textual analysis of specific Nietzschean texts was conducted in order to specifically identify spiritual elements, and how these were interpreted by Kandinsky in his paintings. A visual analysis of specific abstract paintings by Kandinsky was conducted in order to demonstrate how Kandinsky responded to Nietzsche's spirituality in his paintings. An examination of Kandinsky's theoretical works in which he explains the development of his paintings was also carried out. This investigation identified that the Austrian theosophist Rudolf Steiner's knowledge of Nietzsche also had an indirect influence on the development of Kandinsky's theory of art, which was obtained by reading Steiner's primary texts and articles. The completion of this whole exploration demonstrated that to understand Kandinsky's visual art, one needs to understand how Kandinsky's spiritual art was drawn from Nietzsche.
The Spiritual Exercises offer an invitation to a deeper encounter with God and to a process of ongoing conversion and growing freedom for missionary discipleship. Their structure allows for ...flexibility and adaptation while retaining their transformative power and authenticity. This is a study of the effectiveness of an adaptation of the Exercises as a programme of mystagogical formation for agroup of new Catholics within the Ordinariate. Drawing on the relevant literature, I devised a new adaptation of the Exercises as the basis for a Co-operative Inquiry Group: Co-operative Inquiry is an approach which follows an Ignatian dynamic of cycles of action and reflection, and can enable a process of discernment for exploring experience, transforming practice and working creatively for a better world. For congruence with the subject I developed a methodology in which the research itself becomes a spiritual practice, using the structure of Ignatian prayer as a model for the gathering and analysis of data. The methodology, with its Ignatian form and idiom, enabled the group to engage with God's continuing call to life and service in the Church. The process revealed the potential of an Ignatian mystagogia to foster ongoing conversion, growth and a missionary awareness; it also revealed the dissonances and resistances which can hinder a free response, and the need to attend to mystagogia as a continuing process. This study adds to the body of scholarship on the adaptation of the Exercises. It also offers an Ignatian method of inquiry which can be used in that continuing mystagogical process to enable the discernment of personal vocation. For the Ordinariate, and for the wider Church, it offers a much-needed resource and a creative and original response to the need for ongoing lay formation and a dialogue of receptive ecumenism.

The purpose of this study is to better understand how a leader's daily spiritual experience affects their leadership style. Using the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES) (Underwood, 2011), ...spirituality the independent variable, was self-reported to evaluate the individual's level of connectedness to self, others, and sacred beliefs. Additionally, the leader's level of servant leadership, the dependent variable, was measured by the Servant Leader Behavior (SLB: Self-Report) (Liden, R.C., Wayne, S.J., Zhao, H., & Henderson, D. 2008) to assess levels of emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowerment, helping subordinates grow, putting subordinates first, and ethical behavior. One hundred sixty-two leaders across various industries were surveyed with results showing that spirituality predicted three subscales of servant leadership—emotional healing, creating value for the community, and conceptual skills. By analyzing these predictors, this study identifies a gap in the research with respect to how leaders perceive their servant leadership style as it relates to their level of spirituality.
Tujuan penelitian mengkaji pentingnya pembelajaran literasi agama dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik, mengidentifikasi kecerdasan peserta didik pada jenjang MTs dan dampak ...pembelajaran literasi agama dalam mningkatkan kecerdasan peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Peneliti mengkaji secara langsung di tempat penelitian untuk mengambil data penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang dikakukan peneliti secara kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan observasi di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen, wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah, kiai, guru agama, orang tua dan peserta didik, serta melakukan dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data berupa RPPH, RPPM, Kurikulum, dan lembar penilaian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan kegiatan pembelajaran literasi agama dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pembelajaran berbasis literasi agama di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen ini terbagi menjadi tiga pola pembelajaran berbasis literasi agama, yaitu pembelajaran literasi agama membaca, pembelajaran literasi agama menghafal, dan pembelajaran literasi agama menulis. 2) Kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen tergambarkan melalui sikap perilaku dan akhlaknya, yaitu: bertakwa, jujur, empati, menghargai diri sendiri, orang tua, guru, dan orang lain, serta berjiwa besar. 3) Dampak dari pembelajaran berbasis literasi agama menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif NU 1 Pekuncen.

Pri této urcité jednostrannosti je pak skoda, ze nebyl zmínen vztah k práci a aktivite ve svete, coz byl jeden z dulezitých prvku spirituality jak jezuitské, tak i u Habsburku.
