The rapid development of Internet services and social platforms encourages users to share their opinions. To help users give valuable comments, content providers expect the recommender system to ...offer appropriate suggestions, including specific features of the item described in texts and emojis, which are all considered aspects of the user reviews. Hence, the review aspect recommendation task has become significant, where the key lies in handling personal preferences and semantic correlations between suggested items. This article proposes a correlation-aware review aspect recommender (CARAR) system model by constructing self-representation correlations between different views of review aspects, including textual aspects and emojis to make a personalized recommendation. The dependencies between different textual aspects and emojis can be identified and utilized to facilitate the factorization process to learn user and item latent factors. The cross-view correlation mapping between textual aspects and emojis can be built to enhance the recommendation performance. Moreover, the additional information in the real-world environment is also applied to our model to adjust the recommendation results. We constructed experiments on five self-collected and public datasets and compared with six existing models. The results show that our model can outperform the existing models on review aspects recommendation tasks, validating the effectiveness of our approach.
The interest on French in sub-Saharan Africa is certainly related to the fact that it differs in many ways from French in France. The appropriation of French as a second language by African speakers ...has fostered the birth of endogenous norms with peculiarities that affect phonetic-phonological, lexical, morphological, syntactic and, also pragmatic-textual levels. However, research on the latter aspect remains at an embryonic stage. Concerning Côte d'Ivoire and its complex linguistic landscape consisting of some sixty languages, it often occurs that French serves both as vehicular and vernacular. While its phonetic, lexical and morpho-syntactic features have already been extensively researched, this is not the case for the pragmatic and textual aspects. This work intends to fill in the gap by focusing on the uses of the borrowed discourse marker dɛ in Ivorian popular French.
Este artigo focaliza a complexa aliança entre a história e a ficção em Os sertões a partir de novas teorias sobre a textualidade da história e de novas metodologias de abordagem do texto literário, ...como o ‘novo historicismo’. Após uma sinopse dessas teorias e metodologias, examina os processos de construção da narrativa de Os sertões, demonstrando como o texto é marcado pela interpenetração do sistema que informa o cientista com o que rege o artista. À medida que o arcabouço intelectual e científico importado da Europa se mostra insuficiente para registrar a realidade brasileira, o texto euclidiano começa a deslizar entre a história e a ficção. A conclusão: apenas interstícios entre história e ficção Euclides consegue localizar aquela verdade que, desde a ‘Nota preliminar’, afirmava ser seu objetivo principal.The complex alliance between history and fiction found in Os sertões is examined from the perspective of new theories on the textuality of history and new methodologies in the study of literary texts, such as the so-called new historicism. After presenting a synthesis of these tools, the essay examines the construction of the narrative in Os sertões and shows how Cunha’s text is characterized by an inter-penetration of the system that informed the scientist with the system that governed the artist. As the intellectual and scientific framework imported from Europe proves inadequate in recording the Brazilian reality, Cunhas’ text begins slipping back and forth between history and fiction. In conclusion, it is argued that only in the interstices between history and fiction does Cunha manage to situate that truth which, starting right in his ‘Preliminary note’, he claimed as his prime objective.
