Penerimaan diri merupakan kondisi ketika seseorang mampu menerima segala aspek tentang dirinya tanpa membenci dirinya sendiri. Penerimaan diri menjadi sangat sulit di masa-masa remaja dan membutuhkan ...dukungan dari keluarga. Namun pembentukan keluarga baru dapat membuat remaja mengalami kesulitan yang lebih dalam untuk menumbuhkan penerimaan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerimaan diri remaja yang memiliki keluarga tiri serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menunjang penerimaan diri remaja yang memiliki keluarga tiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan disain studi kasus. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipan dan juga wawancara mendalam. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja laki-laki dan perempuan yang memiliki keluarga tiri. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek yang memiliki keluarga tiri memiliki penerimaan diri yang berbeda meskipun keduanya sama-sama mendapatkan penolakan dari keluarga tirinya. Subjek perempuan memiliki penerimaan diri yang baik sementara itu subjek laki-laki kurang memiliki penerimaan diri. Usia dan jenis kelamin subjek menjadi faktor yang berperan. Faktor lain yang juga mendukung penerimaan dirinya adalah dukungan sosial, berfikir positif, pemahaman diri, konsep diri positif, memiliki keberhasilan dalam bidang tertentu, harapan realistis, serta tidak memiliki stress yang berat.
The purpose of the study was to measure the level of resilience of high school students in West Sumatra. This study involved 378 students in atasse-West Sumatra secondary school, the data in this ...study were in the form of political data collected using the TIRI (Taufik & Ifdil Resilience Inventory) instrument developed from the theory of Reivich & Shatté, (2002) in the form of Likert’s model scale and analyzed data using the Rasch model approach. The results show that most students are at a high level of resilience. In addition, there are 38 students unsuitable in providing answers or outliers, showed there are traces of fraud, or answers the instrument by guessing. The quality of the TIRI instrument given to students is superb for identifying post-disaster resilience conditions, as seen from the reliability value of the item (.99).
West Sumatra as one of the zones in Sumatra that has high natural disasters. Improving self-resilience from natural disasters are needed, so it is necessary to describe the condition of student ...resilience after the disaster so far. This study aims to describe the differences in resilience between male and female students in high school in West Sumatra. The sample from this study was 802 students (406 men and 396 women) spread in secondary schools in West Sumatra. The analysis technique used is independent sample t-test combined with stacked rash models. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in resilience between male female students in high school in West. The female students higher than that of male, which is seen from the female to higher than male in answering the TIRI instrument.
Visual hashing-based or fingerprinting-based video copy detection approach has been adopted numerously by the video search community due to significant escalation of manipulated copies of original ...videos over the Internet. Most of the existing video copy detection approaches are robust against the content-preserving distortions such as brightness enhancement and compression, but less robust against the geometric distortions such as rotation and scaling. To mitigate the problem of computation overhead is still challenging in video copy detection. Moreover, there exist a trade-off between discriminability and robustness properties in most of the existing copy detection approaches. In this paper, an effective and fast video copy detection method is presented by exploiting both spatial-temporal information to tackle the above-mentioned challenges. The novelty of proposed method lies in reducing the computation overhead by generating an intermediate candidate database that are similar to the query video using ring-based Ordinal Measure (OM). Then, distinct visual features based on Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) are extracted from each key-frame of every scenes of the videos of an intermediate candidate database and a query video for copy detection. To avoid the creation of redundant key-frames, the video frames are grouped into different scenes based on Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). To further preserve the spatial-temporal information, the Temporally Informative Representative Image (TIRI) is used to generate each key-frame of every scenes of videos. The experimental result shows that the proposed method is more efficient and robust against various distortions which outperforms the state-of-the-art copy detection approaches.
Video fingerprinting for content-based video identification is a very useful task for the management and monetization of copyrighted content distribution. The main challenges of monitoring and copy ...detection systems are:
a)
the effective identification of highly transformed videos (robustness) and
b)
computational efficiency which may be relevant for some applications. Typically, most video fingerprinting methods focus on robustness leaving aside computational efficiency. However, for real-time applications are necessary low computational cost detection methods, for instance, in illegal content monitoring in video streaming distributions. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a low-cost and effective video fingerprint extraction method based on the combination of content-based features using both acoustic and visual video components. Our method is capable of detecting video copies by using computationally efficient fingerprints while maintaining robustness against the decrease in quality and content preserved distortions, which are frequent but severe attacks.
This research examine the development of regulation of wasiat wajibah, its legal consideration and the implementation in Religious Court. This research founds the addition of legatee of wasiat ...wajibah which are children born out of wedlock, children in unregistered marriage, and stepchildren. The consideration of those addition are relation between Inheritance Law with Marriage Law System, relation of legal rights and responsibilities, status of children through Constitutional Court Decision No.46/PUU VIII/2010, the application of Qiyas method,, and the objective of justice in Inheritance law. In Religious Court, judges only give wasiat wajibah to children born out of wedlock.
Penelitian ini meneliti perkembangan pengaturan wasiat wajibah dalam Sistem Hukum Kewarisan Islam di Indonesia, pertimbangan hukumnya, dan implementasinya pada Pengadilan Agama. Penelitian menemukan penambahan kelompok penerima wasiat wajibah yaitu anak yang lahir di luar perkawinan, anak yang lahir di dalam perkawinan tidak tercatat, dan anak tiri yang dipelihara sejak kecil. Pertimbangan hukum yang digunakan adalah keterkaitan Sistem Hukum Waris dengan Sistem Hukum Perkawinan, hubungan Hak dan Kewajiban, status anak dalam Putusan MK Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010, penggunaan metode Qiyas, dan tujuan keadilan dalam hukum waris. Dalam implementasinya, Pengadilan Agama hanya memberikan wasiat wajibah kepada anak yang lahir di luar perkawinan
Frame duplication is a common way of digital video forgeries. State-of-the-art approaches of duplication detection usually suffer from heavy computational load. In this paper, the authors propose a ...new algorithm to detect duplicated frames based on video sub-sequence fingerprints. The fingerprints employed are extracted from the DCT coefficients of the temporally informative representative images (TIRIs) of the sub-sequences. Compared with other similar algorithms, this study focuses on improving fingerprints representing video sub-sequences and introducing a simple metric for the matching of video sub-sequences. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm overall outperforms three related duplication forgery detection algorithms in terms of computational efficiency, detection accuracy and robustness against common video operations like compression and brightness change.
The Shyok tectonic zone lies to the north of Ladakh magmatic arc or the Ladakh batholith in the Trans-Himalaya of Ladakh district, J & K. Investigations were carried out on the granitoids exposed ...along Leh-Siachan highway between Khardung and Panamik villages. The granitoid bodies under study are: Khardung granite (KG), Tirit granite (TG) and Panamik granite (PG) belonging to Ladakh batholith, Shyok ophiolitic mélange and Karakoram batholith respectively. Though the granitoids belong to different litho-tectonic units, yet they have subduction related geochemical characters typical of Andean-type granitoids. Re-melting of crustal rocks of volcanic arc affinity has played an important role for the origin of KG rocks which are more evolved, while the TG and PG rocks represent transitional tectonic environment from primitive to mature arc.

This study aims to determine how the experience of being a good stepmother for children with cerebral palsy (CP children). With the stigma of a stepmother who tends to be negative, is it still ...possible to be a good stepmother for a CP child? In answering this question, the writer uses Talcot Parson's functionalism-structuralist theory to see the fulfillment of certain conditions for the creation of a stable/harmonious family. Data collection is done by interview and observation techniques. This research concludes that stepmothers are not always bad, not ideal, or evil-tempered. The determinants of how a stepmother is accepted are inseparable from the background of her life and acceptance and support from the family, both the nuclear family or extended family.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman menjadi ibu tiri yang baik bagi anak dengan cerebral palsy (anak CP). Dengan stigma ibu tiri yang cenderung negatif, masih mungkinkah menjadi ibu tiri yang baik bagi seorang anak CP? Dalam menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penulis menggunakan teori fungsionalisme-strukturalis dari Talcot Parson untuk melihat pemenuhan syarat tertentu demi terciptanya keluarga yang stabil/harmonis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ibu tiri tidak selalu buruk, tidak ideal, atau berperangai jahat. Adapun faktor penentu bagaimana ibu tiri diterima tidak terlepas dari latar belakang kehidupannya dan penerimaan dan dukungan dari keluarga, baik keluarga inti atau keluarga besar.
