The grasslands dominated by Bromus erectus and/or Brachypodium rupestre cover large areas on sandstone and marl-clay-sandstone substrata (limestone is excluded), of the Apennines and pre-Apennines ...between Pistoia and Arezzo provinces (Tuscany, Central Italy). Our investigation was focused on to 71 unpublished releves and 45 literature releves from Tuscany and surrounding areas, reporting the original releves of Astragalo monspessulani-Brometum erecti, Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti and Ononido masquillerii-Brometum erecti. The releves were submitted to exploratory multivariate analysis, allowing to detect nine distinct groups. Their consistence was verified by mean of NMDS against Ellenberg/Pignatti indicator values, and CCA constrained against chorotypes and growth forms. Diagnostic species of the definitive groups resulting from the analysis were chosen according to species fidelity, based on the φ coefficient of association. The analysis splits the data set in two main subclusters; the first one (A) includes few releves of low altitude, thermophilous conenoses, interpreted as a transition between the submediterranean aspects of Festuco-Brometea class and other Mediterranean herbaceous and shrubby classes; the second subcluster (B) includes most of the data set and can be clearly subdivided in pioneering, mesoxerophilous communities (B1 and B2a groups) and mesophilous communities (B2b group). The releves of clusters B1 and B2a are referred to Coronillo minimae-Astragaletum monspessulanii association and to three other groups: Plantago argentea-Carex caryophyllea communities, Tragopogon samaritani-Bromus erectus communities, Festuco trachyphyllae-Brometum erecti ass. nova. The mesophilous group (B2b) includes the original Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti and Ononido masquillerii-Brometum erecti releves, together with a slightly differentiated community; due to the non-relevant differences between these grassland types from floristic, ecological and chorological perspectives, we propose herewith to treat them as three subassociations of Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti (typicum, ononidetosum masquillerii and linetosum cathartici). Post-cultural grasslands in human-disturbed areas were also detected. All these communities can be attributed to Polygalo mediterraneae-Bromenion erecti suballiance (Bromion alliance), even if a clear subdivision between the mesoxerophilous pioneer aspects and the more mesophilous and evolved ones can be noted.
Travišča v katerih prevladujeta vrsti Bromus erectus in/ali Brachypodium rupestre pokrivajo velike površine na podlagi iz peščenjaka in laporasto-glinastega peščenjaka (apnenec je izključen) na Apeninih in območju pred njimi med provincama Pistoia in Arezzo (Toskana, srednja Italija). Naša raziskava je bila osredotočena na 71 neobjavljenih in 45 objavljenih vegetacijskih popisov iz Toskane in sosednjih območij. Originalni popisi opisujejo asociacije Astragalo monspessulani-Brometum erecti, Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti in Ononido masquillerii-Brometum erecti. Popise smo obdelali z multivariatno analizo s katero smo zaznali 9 skupin. Konsistenstnost skupin smo preverili s povprečjem NMDS proti Ellenberg/Pignatti indikatorskim vrednostim in CCA proti horotipom in rastnim oblikam. Diagnostične vrste posameznih skupin smo določili z navezanostjo vrst, ki temelji na φ koeficientu asociacije. Z analizo smo podatkovni niz razdelili na dva klastra; prvi (A) vključuje nekaj popisov termofilne cenoze z nižje nadmorske višine, ki jih opišemo kot prehod med submediteranskim aspektom razreda Festuco-Brometea in drugih mediteranskih zeliščnih in grmiščnih razredov; drugi klaster (B) pa vključuje večino podatkovnega niza in ga lahko členimo na pionirske, mezokserofilne (skupini B1 in B2a) in mezofilne združbe (skupina B2b). Popise klastrov B1 in B2a uvrščamo v asociacijo Coronillo minimae-Astragaletum monspessulanii in tri druge skupine: združba Plantago argentea-Carex caryophyllea, združba Tragopogon samaritani-Bromus erectus in Festuco trachyphyllae-Brometum erecti ass. nova. Mezofilna skupina (B2b) vključuje popise asociacij Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti in Ononido masquillerii- Brometum erecti, skupaj z delno spremenjeno združbo. Zaradi majhnih razlik v florističnem, ekološkem in horološkem pogledu med temi traviščnimi tipi predlagamo, da jih obravnavamo kot tri subasociacije Centaureo bracteatae-Brometum erecti (typicum, ononidetosum masquillerii in linetosum cathartici). Opisali smo tudi nekaj negospodarjenih travišč na motenih rastiščih. Vse združbe lahko uvrstimo v podzvezo Polygalo mediterraneae- Bromenion erecti (podzveza Bromion), čeprav je opazna delitev med mezokserofilnim pionirskim in mezofilnim in bolj razvitim aspektom.
Cilj istraživanja, čiji se nalazi u radu predstavljaju, je da se utvrdi u kojoj meri su hrišćanske vrednosti faktor smisla/svrhe života mladih. U radu se testira teza po kojoj daroviti pojedinci ...imaju jače naglašen smisao/svrhu života, gde suštinu čini potpuniji i zreliji odnos prema Bogu i ljudima, kojim se pojedinac rukovodi u samoostvarivanju, zadovoljavajući svoje bazične psihičke potrebe za zaštitom, sigurnošću, ljubavlju, podrškom u svemu što radi i istrajava na putu ličnog i moralnog uzrastanja u hrišćanskim vrednostima. Uzorak čini 151 ispitanik - studenti sa Visoke škole - Akademije SPC za umetnosti i konservaciju u Beogradu, i Tehničkog fakulteta „Mihajlo Pupin“ u Zrenjaninu, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. Prediktivne varijable su: 1. pol, 2. fakultet, 3. prosečan uspeh na studijama, 4. pohađanje/nepohađanje verske nastave u osnovnoj i/ili srednjoj školi; a varijable kriterijuma odnose se na: 1. hrišćanske vrednosti (HV) kao orijentir u sopstvenom razvoju ličnosti i uzrastanju u duhovnosti, i 2. svetovne vrednosti (SV) koje se nalaze u koncepciji smisla/svrhe života kao orijentira kojim se mladi rukovode. U ovom istraživanju korišćena je metoda sistematskog neeeksperimentalnog posmatranja, a kao instrumenti inventar smisla/svrhe života, po uzoru na istraživanja Seane Moran (Moran, 2009). Relijabilnost skale proveravana je Cronbachov Alpha koeficijentom i iznosi 0,90 za hrišćanske vrednosti (HV), i 0,78 za svetovne vrednosti (SV). Osnovni nalazi odnose se na sledeće: hrišćanske vrednosti predstavljaju značajniji faktor smisla/svrhe života darovitih studenata, što se ogleda u prepoznavanju i negovanju Bogom darovanih sopstvenih potencijala, čime se rukovode u razvijanju ličnosnog integriteta.
During recent years, it has been recognized that sub-optimum vitamin D-status, often defined as decrease of PTH concentrations in response to supplementation of vitamin D, is a very widespread ...finding with potential health effects on a population level. As a consequence, there is a con tinuously increasing interest in the laboratory-based asses sment of the vitamin D status, with 25-hydroxyvitamin D as the most widely used analyte. However, there is a number of challenges in the characterization of the individual vitamin D status that are addressed in this article; they in clu - de analytical issues of 25-hydroxyvitamin D measurement; interpretation of results; development of guidelines for ratio - nal indication for laboratory testing; and evaluation of the role of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the context of complementary markers of the vitamin D status.
Poslednjih godina je prime}eno da je suboptimalni status vitamina D, koji se ~esto defini{e smanjenjem koncentracije PTH kao odgovor na suplementaciju vitaminom D, veoma rasprostranjeno stanje sa potencijalnim efektima na zdravlje populacije. Kao posledica, interes za laboratorijsko odre|ivanje statusa vitamina D kontinuirano raste, gde se kao analit naj~e{}e koristi 25-hidroksivitamin D. Me|utim, postoji veliki broj izazova u karakterizaciji statusa vitamina D o kojima se govori u ovom radu; oni uklju~uju analiti~ke probleme u odre|ivanju 25-hidroksivitamina D; interpretaciju rezultata; definisanje preporuka za racionalnu indikaciju za laboratorijsko odre|ivanje; i procenu uloge 25- hidroksivitamina D u kontekstu komplementarnih markera statusa vitamina D.
Laboratories that are part of clinical centers are faced with the inevitability that their efficiency must be on a high level. Most of the biochemical laboratories are automated, but they are still ...underperforming. The best approach to increase the efficiency or to improve the processes today is the Lean Six Sigma methodology. This methodology extracts many benefits from automated processes. A lean process in the laboratory focuses on the time cycle to obtain results and reduce costs, or both components at the same time. Six Sigma methodology provides that the processes take place in the laboratory without delays and defects. The process that takes place at the Center for Medical Bio - chemistry (CMB) can be divided into two parts: the first part takes place in the receiving infirmary (pre-analytics) and the second part takes place at the offices of the CMB from the receipt of samples (analytics) to obtained results. The paper observes both processes, identifies critical areas where they come to a halt, defines access and reviews the results obtained using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. By applying Lean tools, the places that do not add value and those that significantly increase the cycle time were identified. This paper presents the results obtained without going into detail about the application of these Lean tools.
Laboratorije koje rade u sklopu kliničkih centara suočene su sa neminovnošću da njiho/a efikasnost mora biti na visokom nivou. Većina biohemijskih laboratorija su automatizovane, ali i pored toga rade sa manjim učinkom nego što bi to moglo biti. Najbolji pristup za povećanje efikasnosti, odnosno poboljšanje procesa, danas je metodo- logija Lean Six Sigma. Ova metodologija izvlači brojne koristi iz automatizovanih procesa. Lean proces u laboratorijama se usredsređuje na vreme ciklusa dobijanja rezultata i smanje- nju troškova, ili istovremeno na obe komponente. Six Sigma metodologija omogućava da se procesi u laboratorijama odvijaju bez zastoja i bez defekata. Proces koji se odvija u Centru za medicinsku biohemiju (CMB) može se podeliti na dve celine: prvi proces koji se odvija u prijemnoj ambulanti (predanalitika) i drugi proces koji se odvija u kabinetima CMB od prijema uzoraka (analitika), pa sve do dobijanja re- zultata. U radu se istovremeno posmatraju oba procesa, identifikuju kritična mesta u procesima gde dolazi do zasto- ja, definiše pristup i daje pregled rezultata dobijenih korišče- njem metodologije Lean Six Sigma. Primenom Lean alatki identifikovaná su mesta koja ne dodaju vrednost i ona koja značajno povećavaju vreme ciklusa. U radu se daje prikaz ostvarenih rezultata, bez ulaženja u detalje o primeni nave- denih Lean alata.
In some regions of Slovakia, black alder forest vegetation has not been documented appropriately yet. This paper is the first vegetation study presenting the phytosociological data and measured ...environmental parameters from the western part of central Slovakia. The data set was classified by using a modified TWINSPAN algorithm, which allowed us to discern floristically and ecologically distinctive plant communities. They correspond to the associations Stellario nemorum-Alnetum glutinosae Lohmeyer 1957 (riparian alder vegetation on mesic to humid sites along small brooks) and Carici acutiformis-Alnetum glutinosae Scamoni 1935 (eutrophic black alder carr forests in the colline zone) with the variants of Ligustrum vulgare and Galium palustre. The community Carici elongatae-Alnetum glutinosae Schwickerath 1933 (mesotrophic to eutrophic alder carr vegetation growing on permanently waterlogged soils), documented only with two phytosociological relevés, was distinguished following expert knowledge. A floristic and ecological pattern of these associations is presented.
The major compositional gradients were interpreted based on Ellenberg’s indicator values and the values of environmental variables recorded during the field sampling in the growing season 2011. The principal component analysis revealed the importance of soil moisture, light availability, portion of open water and soil surface for species composition variability at the association level, whereas the variants of Carici acutiformis-Alnetum glutinosae were sorted along the acidity gradient.
Gozdna vegetacija črne jelše dosedaj v nekaterih predelih Slovaške še ni bila dovolj raziskana. Članek predstavlja prvo vegetacijsko raziskavo fitocenoloških popisov in merjenih rastiščnih dejavnikov iz zahodnega dela osrednje Slovaške. Podatkovni niz smo klasificirali z modificiranim TWINSPAN algoritmom, s čemer smo lahko floristično in ekološko ločili značilne rastlinske združbe. Ugotovili smo asociaciji: Stellario nemorum- -Alnetum glutinosae Lohmeyer 1957 (obvodna črnojelševja na srednje do vlažnih rastiščih ob manjših potokih) in Carici acutiformis-Alnetum glutinosae Scamoni 1935 (evtrofna črnojelševja v kolinskem pasu) z dvema variantama Ligustrum vulgare in Galium palustre. Asociacijo Carici elongatae-Alnetum glutinosae Schwickerath 1933 (mezotrofni do eutrofni črnojelševi grezi, ki uspevajo na tleh stalno prepojenih z vodo), ki je dokumentirana samo z dvema popisoma smo določili na podlagi strokovnega poznavanja.
Prikazali smo floristični in ekološki vzorec pojavljanja teh asociacij. Glavni gradienti so pojasnjeni na podlagi Ellenbergovih indikatorskih vrednosti, ekološki dejavniki pa so bili merjeni med terenskim vzorčenjem v vegetacijski sezoni 2011. Analiza glavnih komponent je razkrila pomen vlažnosti tal, svetlobe, deleža odprtih vodnih in talnih površin za variabilnost vrstne sestave na nivoju asociacij, medtem ko se varianti asociacije Carici acutiformis-Alnetum glutinosae ločita na gradientu kislosti.
In conditions of intense competition, it is not enough to achieve only customer satisfaction. The marketing-oriented companies must be focused on building long-term customer loyalty. Creation and ...delivery of superior values are the key activities to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. This study seeks to examine how the different value dimensions of travel agencies' services affect both dimensions of loyalty: the intention of using the same services again and recommending them to others. Primary data were collected through questionnaire method. In the study, descriptive statistics, correlation and multi-point regression were used for data analysis. The results of survey point out two key dimensions of perceived value that achieve a statistically significant effect on loyalty: quality of interaction and value for money. Identification of key dimensions of perceived value as an initiator of loyalty is essential for service-oriented companies, because in this way they increase opportunities for improving business relationships with clients, in the future.
U članku se razmatra postupak rešavanja problema višeatributnog odlučivanja na jednom nivou kriterijuma i prezentuje metod zasnovan na elementima kompromisnog odlučivanja, Lp metrici i TOPSIS metodu. ...Daju se preporuke za formiranje početne matrice odlučivanja i transformaciju raznorodnih kriterijumskih vrednosti. Kompromisna rešenja dobijaju se na osnovu vrednosti funkcija Lp metrike i njihovih kombinacija sa koeficijentima − funkcijama relativne verodostojnosti zavisnim od dimenzija problema. Dobijena rešenja zavisna su od parametra p u Lp metrici koji je balansirajući faktor između rešenja sa najvećom ukupnom koristi i rešenja sa minimaks odstupanjima kriterijumskih vrednosti od ideala i antiideala. Ako se zahteva jedinstveno rešenje, ono se dobija objedinjavanjem svih funkcija Lp metrike i primenom vektora sličnosti varijanata idealu, kojim je obuhvaćen i uticaj antiideala. Prikazan je i postupak dobijanja kompromisnih rešenja na osnovu vrednosti elemenata parcijalnih vektora sličnosti idealu i uticaj subjektivno određenog antiideala na rešenja. Primena metoda prikazana je numeričkim primerom. / A method for solving multiple-attribute decision-making problems at one criterion level is discussed, followed by a presentation of a method based on compromise programming elements, Lp metrics and the TOPSIS method. Suggestions for forming the initial decisionmaking matrix have been given as well as for the transformation of multiple criteria values. Compromise solutions are obtained based on the values of Lp metrics functions and their combinations with coefficients – functions of relative credibility depending on solution dimensions. The obtained solutions depend on the parameter p in Lp metrics, parameter p being a balancing factor between the solution with the highest total utility and the solution with minimax deviations of criteria values from the ideal and negative-ideal solutions. If a unique solution is required, it is obtained by encompassing all Lp metrics functions and by applying the vector of similarity to ideal solution, which also includes the negative-ideal solution influence. The article shows a method for obtaining compromise solutions based on the values of elements of partial similarity to ideal vectors and the influence of a subjectivelly determined negative ideal on solutions. The method application has been illustrated by a numerical example. / В работе рассматриваются процессы решения проблем мультиатрибутного суждения на одном из уровней критериев, а также представлен метод компромиссного программирования, Lp матрицы и метод TOPSIS. В работе представлены рекомендации для создания первичной матрицы суждения и трансформации различных критериев значений. Компромиссные решения выводятся на основании значений функций Lp метрики и их комбинирования с коэффициентом – функций относительной точности, зависящих от характера проблемы. Полученные решения зависят от параметров р и Lp метрики, являющихся балансным фактор между самым благоприятным решением и решениями с относительными (мин/макс) отклонениями в значениях критериев от идеального и антиидеального. В случае, если требуется единое решение, необходимо объединить все функции Lp метрики и применить вектор сходства вариантов идеалу, который включает влияние анти-идеала. В работе приведен пошаговый процесс принятия компромиссных решений, принятых на основании элементов частичного сходства с идеалом и влияния на решение субъективно определенного анти-идеала. Для наглядности применения данного метода приведены численные примеры.

Genetic screening on chromosomopathy has been performed on 2000 pregnant women in their first trimester of pregnancy by determining Pregnancy associated plasma protein-A and free-beta HCG biomarkers ...in maternal serum. After obtaining a normal fetal karyotype, the pathological values of the biomarkers have been correlated with other pregnancy disorders, and the possible causes of the positive genetic screening have been tested. 340 false positive biomarkers (17%) have been detected. The increased free-beta HCG (48.24%) had a significant influence. A significant correlation (p > 0.01) between the increased free-beta HCG and bleeding during pregnancy has been established. Complications occurred in 78.52% pregnancies with pathological biomarkers, MISSed in 13.82%, miscarriages in 10.88%, induced pregnancy terminations caused by fetal anomalies in 8.82% and births with disturbed fetal vitality in 45%. The research results have shown a significant correlation (p > 0.01) between the increased value of the free-beta HCG biomarkers and fetal hypoxia. The false positive genetic screening, caused by the increased free-beta HCG, can indicate placental dysfunction and fetal vitality disruption.
Kod 2000 trudnica urađen je u prvom trimestru trudnoće genetski skrining na hromozomopatije određivanjem biomarkera Pregnancy associated plasma protein-A i free-beta-HCG u maternalnom serumu. Posle dobijanja normalnog kariotipa fetusa, patološke vrednosti biomarkera su korelisane sa drugim poremećajima trudnoće kako bi se ispitali mogući uzroci pozitivnog genetskog skrininga. Otkriveno je ukupno 340 lažno pozitivnih nalaza biomarkera (17%). Značajan udeo imao je povišeni free-beta-HCG (48,24%). Utvrđena je značajna povezanost (p>0,01) povišenog free-beta-HCG i krvarenja u trudnoći. U 78,52% trudnoća sa patološkim biomarkerima nastale su komplikacije: 13,82% MISSed, 10,88% spontani pobačaj, 8,82% indukovani prekid trudnoće zbog anomalija ploda i 45% porođaja sa poremećajem fetalnog vitaliteta. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali veoma značajnu povezanost (p>0,01) između povećane vrednosti biomarkera free-beta-HCG i fetalne hipoksije. Lažno pozitivan genetski skrining uzrokovan povišenim free-beta-HCG može da bude pokazatelj placentarne disfunkcije i poremećaja fetalnog vitaliteta.
This is an overview of the principles of Lean and Six Sigma as a means of streamlining operations and improving productivity. Manufacturing sectors have employed these concepts with much success. The ...primary goal of a lean initiative is to deliver quality products and services the first time and every time. To accomplish this, all activities that do not add value (i.e., waste) must be eliminated or, if not feasible, reduced. The demands of today's healthcare environment warrant the integration of quality management systems such as these to meet increased workloads, staff shortages, and the demand for rapid turnaround for specimen results. This paper discusses Lean and Six Sigma strategies as well as their application for the clinical laboratory, specifically utilizing tools such as 5S, the Kaizen Blitz, process mapping, and value stream mapping. By implementing these tools to maximize process flow, eliminate waste, and recognize the variations that can hinder the delivery of high-quality services, healthcare professionals can reach their efficiency goals, reduce costs, and provide customer satisfaction.
Ovo je pregled principa Lean i Six Sigma kao sredstava protoka operacija i poboljšanja produktivnosti. Proizvođački sektori su iskoristili ove koncepte sa mnogo uspeha. Primarni cilj lean inicijative je da se daju kvalitetni proizvodi i usluge odmah i uvek. Da bi se ovo postiglo, sve aktivnosti koje ne doprinose vrednosti (npr. trošak) treba da se eliminišu ili, ako to nije izvodljivo, da se smanje. Zahtevi današnjeg sistema zdravstvene zaštite opravdavaju integraciju sistema upravljanja kvalitetom kao što su oni za prihvatanje povećanja radnog opterećenja, deficit osoblja, i zahtev za brz obrt rezultata uzorka. Ovaj članak diskutuje Lean i Six Sigma strategije kao i njihove aplikacije za kliničke laboratorije, specifično upotrebljavajući sredstva kao što su 5S, Kaizen Blitz, planiranje procesa i planiranje protoka vrednosti. Implementacija ovih sredstava maksimalno povećava protok proces, eliminiše troškove, i prepoznaje varijacije koje mogu sprečiti pružanje visoko-kvalitetnih usluga, zdravstvenim radnicima omogućava dostizanje ciljeva efikasnosti, smanjuje cenu, i obezbeđuje zadovoljstvo korisnika.
