    The artical deals with measurements of stability of an output of a DC-voltage reference source (DCVRM) and compensation of influence parameters. DC-voltage reference module consists of a parallel and ... a serial group of voltage reference elements based on ultra stable Zener diodes LTZ1000 as the most important part. A controlling circuitry for switching among the measured signals was developed for testing and analyzing DCVRM. High presence of influence parameters as error sources was found out. Temperatire effects caused most of the problems. Measuring method and conditions of measurement were adapted to compensate the influence of temperature drifts of voltage, to reduce thermocouple effect and to prevent EMF interferences on DCVRM. The 1000h stability of the output voltage of DCVRM was measured giving long term stability results better than 1ppm.
