This paper describes the methodological and technical concepts for establishment, management and maintenance of a database for a buildings cadastre. The concept also provides the principles for ...connecting it with the land cadastre, legal registers (Grundbuch - registration of titles) and with population and address registers in the central republican database. At the end, the article outlines the educational system and postgraduate study curriculum in the related fields
