High speed personal Internet connections and fast computer unleashed the revolution of using educational video. Today everyone with modern computer canedit video and we are flooded with home ... production video clips. But using video in education presents some unseen problems. Video transfer higher amountof information in less time than any other media used in education. Quality of video has huge impact to the process of learning. When we face challenges reaching the technology limits we must combine different information flows. For educational purposes "on demand" video is paramount. Jet "on demand" video means Internet video streaming where size of picture is limited and high detailed graphics and sketches cannot be presented. Another topic in educational video are subtitles which can be used for various different reasons. Unveiled problems persuade us we need to conduct analysis how the video in the Internet environment can be best used. First step was the productions of various kind of web transferred learning material including educational video. Later we evaluate the material and used it in the monitored learning environment. Findings present high didactical value and documentation can be used as guidelines for future development of learningmaterial for ICT (Information and Communication Technology) environment. Evaluation process is also needed for distance education where communication between tutor and student are hampered. For the state of the art analysis we will conduct also neurological analysis of using such video material in the learning process
