The multi-attribute model (based on DEX method) for assessing the family farm succession status is elaborated here. By developing multi-attribute decision model, 40 family farms from the ...mediterranean region of Slovenia were evaluated regarding their succession status in order to merge two issues: family farms succession and multi-attribute decision medelling. The family farms data, applied to the model, art part of the study where the standardized questionnaire was used. The results show that the majority of farms have good possibilities for 'gentle' succesion process and future survival.
