    The paper presents the Strategy Start-Up (SSU) concept as the original way how to formulate and implement a companies strategies into a praxis by using project approach. The SSU concept was presented ... at the last International Project Management Association world congress in Ljubljana (Slovenia) last year. How we create and implement the development strategies has become the main issue of competitiveness and efficiency of an organisation in the circumstances of fast changing environment. SSU concept gives users opportunities to increase the performance of strategic processes in their organisation. The purpose of this paper is to present the new concept and present the importance of projects and project management in a modern organisation.
