The acceptance and the use of distance teaching/learnig systems by students and teachers at the University College of Nursing Studies, University of Maribor : results of a survey

Despite of fact that the University College of Nursing Studies, University of Maribor has not yet offered a distance learning of study, evidence shows that all of the respondents, students as wel as ...teachers, use various distance teaching/learning systems of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation. Options of students and teachers about distance teaching/learning systems are positive and relatively favorable. However, relatively weak knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, and lack of knowledge in the field of informatics in nursing represent an impediment for the preparation and implementation of distance learning in practice.
