  • Reforma slovenske javne uprave - interesna analiza med javnimi uslužbenci v državni upravi

    Due to the accession to European Union and demands of administrative environment for greater efficiency of public administration and better quality of public services, the reform of public ... administration is carried out in Slovenia as well. For successful introduction of management concepts of work into the public administration, which is a basic principle of Slovene reform, the ideas have to be accepted by employees. Two surveys on higher public servants' opinion regarding the principles of the mentioned reform were carried out: at the chosen ministry, as a sample of central authority and at administrative units, as a sample of local level of authority.
