The aim of this essay is to show through the analysis of some of its key points, particularly around the representative government, the strong connection of Esmein's legal doctrine with the political reality of his time. In order to highlight how a legal doctrine can enter into a political dimension especially when the field of action becomes constitutional laws and all other collateral normative acts.
