荷叶中含有生物碱等多种活性物质,是药食两用植物.试验以荷叶为原料制备水提物,利用喷雾干燥技术将其制成干粉,通过单因素试验添加一定辅料,利用响应面方法优化荷叶含片的最佳工艺配方,研制一款具有一定功效的荷叶含片.结果表明:喷雾干燥目标温度为175℃,进料流速600 mL/h,得到的荷叶提取物干粉分散性好,水分含量低,得率为(3.73±0.12)%;采用湿法制粒压片,荷叶提取物10%、甘露醇51%、糖粉15%、糊精15%、羧甲基纤维素钠5%,混匀后纯水制湿粒,70℃干燥,总混(硬脂酸镁3%、薄荷脑2%),制成的荷叶含片色泽均匀、风味协调柔和,硬度为(4.59±0.006)kg,脆碎度为(0.36±0.020)%,产品片重差异小于5%.
