    Objective To explore the intervention effect of narrative group psychological training on life satisfaction, self-efficacy and psychological resilience of recruits during the training period. Methods A total of 154 recruits from a training base in September 2020 were selected by cluster sampling. Two companies were randomly selected as the intervention group (n=73) and the control group (n=81). The intervention group received 9 times of narrative group psychological training (1~2 times a week, 2~2.5 h each time), while the control group received no intervention. The satisfaction with life scale (SWLS), general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used to evaluate the life satisfaction, self-efficacy and psychological resilience level of the two groups in 3 different time points: before intervention (T1), at the end of intervention (T2) and 1 month after intervention (T3).
