Oct. 29--NORMAL -- The Hruska and Poole families work on a lot of projects together. They added a room and a deck to the David Hruska and Lyn Hruska family home on their farm at Normal's west edge and built a screened-in porch for Lyn's sister, Jenny Poole, who also lives in Normal. Lyn, Jenny and their older sister, Nan Cook of Bloomington, took vacation time from work to help with harvest. Jenny is a safety specialist with Growmark Inc. and Nan works at the General Electric factory in Bloomington and is a tax specialist with H&R Block. On most days during corn harvest, David drives the combine, Ron Poole drives the grain truck, and Lyn and Jenny drive a tractor that pulls a grain wagon.
