Foresters assume that beavers have moved there. Although this, the largest European rodent is supposed to be extinct in Slovenia since the 18th century, traces of beavers have recently been found in some other Slovene river basins.- All metadata published by Europeana are available free of restriction under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
