    In the last hundred years, the demand for water (either drinking or fresh) has increased by six times. The management of both public and private organisational systems have important roles to play in ... the assurance of appropriate water quality. As well, individual householders, and anybody using water are also expected to exercise the same level of care. This co dependency is vital to the success of the administration of water management. Water management as an entrepreneurial objective of environment management is the key component of competitive ability. The recognition of the meaning of co dependence and creative collaboration will have beneficial economic effects regarding water management; and safe, water friendly, operations will be achieved. Waste-water management is the last step in the chain of water management and economising. An important task with this respect is to be done by cleaning facilities.
