    The use of Incoterms-term DDP in sales contracts is necessary for establishing obligations rights and responsibilities to contract parties, i.e sellers and buyers - importers and exporters. This is a ... more efficient way to establish their relationships concerning costs, risks, insurance and customs clearance. Incoterms-term DDP group belongs into the D group and implies greater obligations to sellers. In this paper the definition and specifics of the DDP group concerning theory and practice have been analuysed. Some hypothetical cases have been elaborated as well as some useful advicesfoe exporters and importers for the implementation of DDP.
