  • Educational goals of citizen education in democratic societies express the needs of the society

    The author in her article considers in detail the aims of contents connection citizen education, in which a decesive part in the slovene accomodation processes to demands of countries of the European ... union, take a decesive part in foundation, nature, development and role of autochton Slovene social goals in the system of upbringing and education. She concludes, however, that there are given such proptius circumstances, which are not meant only to serve pragmatic politics and ideology, but to render the slovene society preservation and development of citizen creation tradition and restablishement of the relation to the political culture. At the sometime the author draws attention to the danger of mere subordination and transplantation of strange measures, goals or even the whole system to a completely different social and everyday environment
