    The rapid development of the Euromarket in the period 1975-1986, the increase in the world inflation and heavy liabilities of nondeveloped countries, as well as the statements of central bank ... representatives in many countries that the Euromarket endangers the world monetary system, all imply the question of whether the Euromarket has put the national financial markets into the second plan taking the role of the leading international financial market. This question is answered on the basis of a careful analysis and reconsideration of the real reasons for the creation of the Euromarket. The structure of the Euromarket is analysed, namely, the Euromoney market, Euroloans, Eurocapital as well as their latest ways of financing.
