    Prekmurian secular texts in manuscripts or printed had been very rare till the 18th century. The manuscript with the integrated Prekmurian - Slovene text has been recently found in the private ... archives of the Esterházy family at the castle of Forchtenstein in Burgenland, Austria. The untitled manuscript contains 979 pages in Latin and Hungarian language and on two pages also in Prekmurian - Slovene language. Essentially it is a process book of the process at the court in Zalaegerszeg, which took place in the years between 1754-1758. The baroness Helene Ebergényi, the widow of the count George/Győrgy Csáky from Beltinci, processed against the prince Paul Anton Esterházy, the owner of a neighbouring estate Dolnja Lendava, in the case of the Beltinci estate. There's a short testament of Marko Korošec from Nedelica near Turnišče on the pages 953-954, dated back to 1680, February the 2nd. He left a half of his meadow to his adopted(?) son Martin Bomhec and his descendents. Although it's a non-original document, but 75 years younger transcript, there are more substantial points and further questions. Undoubtedly the most important fact is recognizing the Prekmurian - Slovene language as the language of law also in the documents, made for the emperor. Some relations are possible with the so called "the Martjanci contract" from 1643, for which a similar later use is unknown. Also the prints speaking about the Prekmurian nobleman till the 18th century have not been found yet. A printed necrology for Rosa Rebecca Schrattenbach, the countess of Nádasdy, from 1718, is presented here. She was a member of the well-known and rich noble family from Styria, married to the Hungarian general Francis Nádasdy/Nádasdy Ferencz, the owner of the castle Gornja Lendava. Rosa died there on September the 23rd, 1717, and was buried in a local church. The heartbreaked necrology was spoken by father Johannes, the monk from Radkersburg/Radgona, and printed some months later in Graz. It is the first known and preserved necrology for someone from the Prekmurje region.
