    It holds true also for Ljubljana, that the environment protection together with economy and social condition is one of the basic fields of sustainable development of the city, but the one treated the ... most unequally. The article is presenting the most outstanding ecological problems of the Slovene capital indicated first of all by unsuitable and unequal exploitation of the city space, lack of cleaning devices for sewages, increased air pollution with greenhouse gasses, increased traffic burdening and consequently noisy residential environment.
