    The article explores possible meaningful uses of modem information technologies in planning and producing mono- and multilingual phraseological dictionaries and phraseological data bases. Theoretical ... discussion is complemented by a detailed description of the structure of the electronic phraseological didactic material EPHRAS (2006). The author emphasises functional aspects of comparable data bases and points to possible further development. This includes primarily the creation of phraseological websites that would allow for interactive participation and exchange of phraseological knowledge as well as increased opportunities for spreading the knowledge of and about the lesser taught and spoken European languages such as Slovene.
