  • Macro model of service innovation — service value creation by S-D logic perspectives towards SDGs age [Elektronski vir]

    Along with servitization of economics is growing beyond an industrial area, the research on service innovation including solutions for social problems has been demanded towards human well-being and ... community sustainability. This article shows a perspective of macro model of service innovation involving static service concept model and dynamic value creation model referring service ecosystem theory in S-D logic. The model is applied to four cases in private and public service such as accommodation, art events, tourism and smart city domains for explanatory descriptions. This study shows the possibility of building new framework for service innovation towards the inclusive society of global SDGs age.
