    ǂA ǂcompetitiveness in the world marketplace is the prevalent driver that pushes manufacturing enterprise into the intensive application of information technology (IT) in order to improve the ... efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise operations. Introduction of computer based IT into an enterprise isnot only a technical and financial/investment issue, it has a grate impact on human/social character. Intensive education of employee should be performed in all segments of enterprise environment. ǂA ǂcomputer based technology in Litostroj has 15 years tradition. Experienceswith employee involvement in appropriate education programmes are great. A program for intensive and permanent education in a field of IT is presented. By intensive co-operation with Faculty of mechanics and with our experiences in special field in CIM we created an active education policy.
