    It is given the review of the results of testing the bactericidal effect of the organic chloric preparation Izosan-G (sodium-dichlorineisocyanuratedihydrate) in laboratory and terrain conditions. ... Laboratory examinations in a series of test-microorganisms showed that this preparation belongs to the file of disinfectants that quickly and effectively act upon most of enterobacteria and some other Gram-negative and Gram-positive microorganisms. The checking out of the efficiency and the appllicability of Izosan-G in terrain conditions also gave satisfactory results. In a significant mass of samples it is established that by standard chlorination procedure a high percentage of sterilization of contaminated drinkable waters from ship-tanks and cisterns is achived. In the conclusion is emhasized that Izosan-G has all attributes of an effective bactericidal mean and that it is suitable for practical application in disinfection of waters for drinking from skip-tanks and cisterns.
