    Digital cash has a very promising future in the area of electronic commerce and trade on the Internet. Digital cash is a revolutionary step towards free global market. While digital cash is still at ... the beginning of the development and use, it suffers some major deficiencies. This paper describes how to overcome the problem of proving payments made. In systems proposed to date there is no assurance that a customer will actually get services or hard goods once the payment to the merchant is completed. Even more, merchants are not required to send any evidence of transaction to the customer
