Relation between self/family perceptions, alcohol and other dependencies syndrome and perceived financial status in the families, having memebers with particular dependency syndromeRus-Makovec, Maja ...Which are the relations between A/ subjective financial status and B/ perceptions, connecting self / family and different dependencies, mostly the alcohol one? From behavioral economic approach, ... financial and health problematic includes all the members of particular family, while they are economically, socially and psychologically involved in the same household. Significant relations between A/ and B/ "collection" of variables were expected and verified separately for each member of the same family. All together 184 families, with at least one member with particular (ex) dependency syndrome, mostly alcohol one, were included into research. Mean age of mothers was 42.9, of fathers 45.5 and of children 17.6 years. Only the eldest (mostly adolescent) child was included. Rosenberg self - esteem scale, family climate, Beck depression scale, anamnestic information, questionnaire identifying family structural aspects/ interaction dynamic and SASSI instrument (Substance abuse subtle screening inventory) were applied. Almost all summative scales have satisfactory measurement characteristics. Significant differences were found in obvious attributes, subtle attributes and correctional SASSI subscores for mothers regarding fathers retrograde financial perceptions (non significant for face valid alcohol, symptoms, defensiveness and family vs. controls). Significant differences were found inface valid alcohol, symptoms, obvious attributes, defensiveness, supplemental addiction measure, family vs. controls and correction SASSI subscores for fathers regarding mothers retrograde financial perceptions (non significant for face valid other drugs and subtle attributes). Partners could be classified into groups of (non) serious financial problem also on the basis of self / family perceptions of another partner.Vir: Values and economy : proceedings of the 32nd IAREP Conference, [Ljubljana, 2007] (Str. 660-666)Vrsta gradiva - prispevek na konferenci ; neleposlovje za odrasleLeto - 2007Jezik - angleškiCOBISS.SI-ID - 35770722
