    Mergers and acquisitions show various problems during the integration process. Thereby, the integration of human resources can be seen as the most challenging problem. A successful integration of ... human resources is responsible for the whole future success of the firm. Therefore the integration of human resources leads to a key process of total company integration. This makes it important to look for methods, which adequately accompany the integration process. Coaching is one possibility to ensure human resource integration. As an intensive process coaching helps to address issues that are impeding job effectiveness. Leaders in organizations can successfully use coaching to improve the performance and motivation of their employees and thereby support the integration process.
