    ǂThe ǂprocesses of merger (acquisitions) are often present in the developed world and the same is true of the transition countries. The merger of companies is generally considered as a voluntary act, ... whilst the acquisition of a company is very often compulsory. In companies' mergers (acquisitions), the synergy effects are established. The financial and professional (consulting) support by banks, non-banking financial institutions and by the non-government institutions is needed, too. In addition to the financial strategies, other strategies also exist in the merger (acquisition) of companies.
