    The building of residences and residental settlements is in all societies one of the primary social aims. The realisation of these aims is most often connected with conflicts which derive from the ... different interests of the participants in the process of planning and in the realisation of the socially determined aim. With the purpose of obtaining the optimal efficiency in the elaboration of the planning aims of residental building construction encompassing the economic, social, space and ecological aspects, we have developed a model to assure an adjustment of conflicts among particular space interests for physical and urban management.
