    Material and informatic flow in general plays a huge part in all natural processes including manufacturing process. Efficiency of the transport system influences and determines quantity and quality ... of the manufacturing process therefore we have to focus particularly on planning and optimisation of it. The aims of modern, intelligent transport systems are mainly to unburden human from heavy, dangerous, monotone and responsible psycho-physical labour, the reduction of costs, higher quality and efficiency of production. In accordance of mentioned aims transport system must enable self organisation, self inquiring, self learning and high level of environmental adaptation. The proposed concept of the transport system uses the biological evolution principles of genetic combining and natural selection of the fittest.
