    The allocation of working time is one of the main institutes of work regulations. It is important as far as the employer's and the employers' interests are concerned. Due to this fact the questions ... on working time are often the topic of international associations and they are an encouragement for adoption of international standards which wound ensure basic premises of the conditions of employment as far as the time to complete the work, ensured breaks and rest as well as conditons of night work are concerned. It is also important for the co-relations of the labour and capital market in the European Union and a more equal appearance of workers as well as employers in this market.
