    The article deals with measurements of stability of a DC voltage reference module (DCVRM) and compensation of the influential parameters. The DCVRM consists of a parallel and a serial group of ... voltage reference elements (VRE) based on ultra stable Zener diodes LTZ 1000. The presence of influential parameters as error sources was evaluated. Thermal effects appeared to be most influential. Measuring method and the DCVRM itself were modified to compensate the influence of temperature drifts of voltage, to reduce thermocouple effect and to prevent EMF interferences. The topics reveal various specifications of the DCVRM and its measurements including the discussion of measurement uncertainty. A 1000 hour (1000h) stability of output voltage of DCVRM exhibited 1ppm stability. A thermal characteristics which is undergoing square law is plotted and tempco of 0.1ppm/°C is obtained. Power-line cycling sensitivity is also considered.
