    This paper reports findings of a survey carried out at an online teaching/learning project in which Japanese students with Hungarian major at Osaka University (Japan) were provided with Information ... and Communications Technology based educational materials prepared by future teachers of Hungarian as a second language studying at ELTE University (Budapest). The aim of the project was to create an effective learning environment for the Japanese students, where they can improve their Hungarian language skills using Japanmost popular social networking site: LINE. On the other hand, it offered first-hand experience with Japanese language learners to the Hungarian participants.
