  • Influence of interphase drag coefficient on two-phase flow by boundary domain integral method using velocity-vorticity formulation

    The paper deals wih the numerical modeling of two-phase two-component flows using boundary domain integral method. Two fluid model with the velocity-vorticity formulation of modified Navier-Stokes ... equations is adopted. Particular attention is given to the interphase momentum exchange term, which is described as a drag force between the phases. As a test case two-phase two-component vertical channel flow is investigated.
