  • Approach to energy refurbishment of residential buildings

    In more recent studies the technical and economically viable energy saving potential of residential buildings in Slovenia was assessed. In order to support implementation of energy saving measures ... connected to buildings refurbishment the 3E validation system of energy efficiency was introduced. Based on the residential buildings typology target building groups for energy restoration were selected. On two sample buildings the study three level approach to energy restoration of building was shown. Social acceptability of implementation of the energy saving measures as the most important reason for success or failure of the organised energy refurbishment action was analysed in the public opinion analysis
