Deformation and fracture of multi-phase metal materials are the two important problems in materials science and engineering. Our contribution presents a macroscopic models of two-phase metal ... materials, composed of ductile metal matrix and more rigid secondary-phase particles and inclusions. Two basic types of models have been developed: the first one including the tensile deformation, and another one by more complex way of the rolling deformation. With corresponding non-destructive testing methods (NDT), supported by microhardness measurements (HV), and finite element analysis (FEA), a better picture about the processes in two-phase metal materials subjected to the plastic deformation was obtained. The most important result is a description of the kinetic model of the inclusion fracture, and formation and elimination of the voids in ductile metal materials with secondary-phases in the form of particles and inclusions.
