    This paper presents the sensitivity of the turbine gas meter performance to upstream installation conditions at atmospheric pressure. The errors of indication obtained during the perturbation testing ... shall not differ by more than 1/3 of the maximum permissible error limits from an error of indication obtained with an undisturbed upstream flow condition according to ISO 9951. The standard piping configuration for low and high level perturbation tests is used in the present paper. On the basis of the measurement uncertainty analysis of the calibration system for turbine gas meter at v JP Energetika Ljubljana, d.o.o., Sektor Plinarna is suitable for standard perturbation tests.
