    The article addresses the importance of aerobic endurance for table tennis and the role of aerobic preparation in table tennis training practice. Proper warm-up and sporting equipment are discussed. ... Different forms of running are presented: running in the woods, fartlek, running on the athletics track and walks. Various running-games, designed for developing endurance, are also presented: "snake run", "change of leader", "50m running in changing tempo", "learning a preset tempo", "group running in preset tempo", "relay of groups" ,"Who is the best team captain?" and "How fast am I?".
