    The paper stresses the significance of preventive programmes in childrens dispensaries. It shows the possibilities of implementing the programmes and also the problems, which the expert bodies and ... those responsible for organizing, financing and implementing these programmes have not yet elucidate. The complete Instructions for the implementation of preventive programmes on the primary health care level have been published. By setting upa pyramid of responsible regional physicians and a national expert organizational body at the National Institute of Public Health, a great step has been made toward a uniform implementation of preventive activities all over our country. Those carrying out the preventive programmes will be obligedto obtain the corresponding licences for their implementation. The paper also mentions the most tentative points of the preventive programmes: uniform files, norms, information system and evaluation.
