    The defining factors of good treatment of psychiatric disorders, be it alone or in comorbidity with other disorders, will undoubtedly undergo further changes, most likely due to the discovery of some ... ultra-new class of psychotropic drugs in the future. The question remains, however, whether this alone will improve the treatment quality without close co-operation of doctors(who prescribe a certain drug), pharmacists (who issue the exactly samedrug) and patients (who take the prescribed drug exactly as instructed). In order to improve the prediction of the treatment outcome in view of using different drugs and dosage, to intensify the follow-up of those patients whosecondition has not improved (including searching for reasons) and to assure active following and monitoring of patients, it is of vital importance that an integral connection of all the participants in this process, which also includes patients education and activation through cooperation, providinginformation and delivery of care, be established.
