    Background. Estimating work abillity it is necessary that beside existent physical and psychical human abillities we also know requirements, burdenings and risks on workplace, defined as a group of ... all functions and tasks done by a worker in a certain environment with determined means for work. Methods. To find out which burdenings and injuriousnesses are present in fifteen selected physicians workplaces, we performed estimating analysis by the prof. Sušniks method; intended for evaluating of burdenings, injuriousnesses and requirements through interviewing and observation. Composing analysis we highlighted technological, physiological, ecological and psychological sight of selected workplace, daily and weekly study of time. There are particularly shown out ascertained critical burdenings, injuriousnesses and proposes of some legal-administrative and technical organisational arrangements. Conclusions. The analysis carried out can represent professional base for regulation of evaluation burdenings and injuriousnesses relating to medical specialists and employers as well for searching the ways how to humanize physicians work with different arrangements proposed.
