  • Predlog kriterijev verifikacije ekstraavralnih škodljivih učinkov hrupa pri boleznih, povezanih z delom
    Črnivec, Rajko
Low frequency noise (below 100 Hz), moderate and high frequency noise thresholds between 30 and 70 dB (A) induce primary, secondary and terciary extraaural effects. Recent relevant epidemiological ... studies show sufficient evidence for the causal relationship between occupational noise (Leq = 70 dB (A)) and arterial hypertension and/or ischaemic heart disease and limited evidence for the causal relationship between noise and endocrine disturbances like lipids, sugar and stress hormones. Noise-induced extraaural effects are enumerated neither in the Slovenian nor in the European list of occupational diseases. According to recent foreign research criteria for the verification of noise-induced extraaural effects connected with work related disease are proposed.
