Three specimens of bats (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum and Myotis emarginatus) were caught from 2 localities and were released after the examination. From 10 different species (Neomys fodiens, Neomys anomalus, Crocidura suaveolens, Myotis emarginatus, Clethrionomys glareolus, Microtus agrestis, Apodemus flavicollis, Apodemus agrarius, Homo sapiens and Hirundo rustica), 105 samples of ectoparasites from the groups Acarina, Ixodidea (Acarina), Hippoboscidae (Diptera), Nycteribidae (Diptera), Siphonaptera and Anoplura were collected.
