Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to examine rhetoric in Chinese textbooks of the Nani, Kang Hsuan and Han Lin versions that are commonly used for fifth graders in ...elementary schools. The objectives of this study are as follows :
1.To analysis the types of rhetorical devices appeared in Chinese textbooks for fifth graders in elementary schools.
2.To perform statistical analysis of the distribution of rhetorical devices in Chinese textbooks of different versions for fifth graders in elementary schools.
3.To perform statistical analysis of the distnbution of thetypes of rhetorical devices apperared in Chinese textbooks for fifth graders in elementary schools.
4.To examine〝Instructions on Rhetorical Techniques〞in Chinese textbooks for fifth graders in elementary schools and check for incorrect, inappropriate and missing classification to corrcet and supplementary explanation.

The motivation of this study is that the students use of craft material packages in long-term, so they lose experience of exploration in the art. And the students grow ...bigger, they begin to desire to paint what they see but lack of the ability, so they gradually lose interest and confience in artistic creation.Therefore the researcher use an action research to designe a series of line-drawing courses and the participants of this study were twenty-five second graders .This study aims to explore the impact on student learning of applying line drawing in visual arts instruction for second graders.The purposes of this study are as follows：

The study prices convertible bond by Lattice Approach and uses simple BGM model to approximate interest rate stochastic process. The study erases correlation between the stock ...return and interest rate by orthogonalization in order to decrease complexity of pricing model. We build single factor interest tree and two factors stock price tree. According to each node’s stock price of lattice and clauses of CB calculate cash flow of each node. By discount we can estimate price of CB and assume firm will be default or not default at each node. By considering interest rate process, stock process and default status, we can construct the convertible bond pricing model, and as CB price as given to find out the implied default probability of CB.

This research aims to explore the content and process of transition services for pre-school children with special needs and their families. Additionally, problems of school
