本研究旨在了解國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營的現況，並探究兩者之間的相關情形，研究方法為問卷調查法，並使用結構方程模式驗證國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營之關係。研究對象為台灣地區公立國民中學教師。研究結果顯示國民中學校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營現況良好，兩者之間具有相關性，且具良好適配度的影響關係模式。校長翻轉領導與學校創新經營有顯著直接影響效果。本研究建議規劃專業培訓課程與研習活動，強化校長翻轉領導知能；加強資訊科技運用能力，重視學生學習環境；制訂獎勵辦法，提供各項資源，推動學校創新經營, This research aims to understand the current situation of Principle Flipping Leadership and School Innovation Management in Taiwan, as well as the connection between the two. Research Method consists of document analysis and surveys, and the object of research are all public junior high school teachers in Taiwan. 本研究旨在了解國民小學教師正向領導、學生學術樂觀與學生幸福感的現況與三者關係。在研究方法上採用問卷調查法，並使用結構方程模式驗證教師正向領導、學生學術樂觀與學生幸福感的關係。本研究編製國民小學教師正向領導、學生學術樂觀與學生幸福感 之問卷，以國民小學六年級學生為研究對象，共蒐集有效問卷822 ...份，其中男女比例分別為49.6％與50.4％。研究結果顯示學生知覺教師正向領導、學生學術樂觀與學生幸福感之現況具有高度知覺，三者之間具相關性，且影響關係模式適配度良好。雖然教師正向領導對學生幸福感有顯著直接影響效果，但教師正向領導透過學生學術樂觀之中介作用，能對學生幸福感產生更大的影響性，其影響效果也相對的提高。本研究建議教師採用正向領導帶領班級，影響學生學術樂觀，進而提升學生幸福感。 This study aims to investigate the current status and interrelationship of elementary school teacher positive leadership, student academic optimism and student well-being. Questionnaire survey was used as the primary research method in this study. Structural Equation Modeling was adopted in order to verify the linear relationships between teacher positive leadership, student academic optimism, and student well-being. Questionnaires pertaining to the above three variables were developed by the researchers, and administered to a sample of six-graders from selected elementary schools. There were 822 returned questionnaires with valid responses, completed by 49.6% male and 50.4% female six-graders. The results show that students' perceptions of teacher positive leadership, student academic optimism and student well-being are high, and that there are significant positive correlations among the three variables. While students’ perceptions of teacher positive leadership has significant direct effect on student wellbeing, the effect is greatly enhanced in extent and in magnitude when mediated by student academic optimism. This study suggests that to improve student’s well-being, especially through increased student academic optimism, teacher positive leadership should be widely practiced.

The objective of this study is to assess the performance of first BOT hospital in Taiwan- Shuang Ho hospital, and examine if its performance is better than other TMUH hospitals and ...DOH hospitals.
Financial performance and efficiency are used as proxies of hospital performance to assess the performance of case hospital. The descriptive statistics and multiple regression model are used to examine the performance. This results not only can rich the inefficiency of prior literature for BOT hospitals, but also provide suggestions for DOH to establish a new hospital and DOH hospitals’ position.
The results indicate that the performance of Shuang Ho hospital grows gradually and is better than DOH hospitals. Comparing with other TMUH hospitals, Shuang Ho hospital isn’t better than other TMUH hospitals. In addition, the performance of other TMUH hospitals is also better than DOH hospitals. Lining is an important part of paper-painting repairing and mounting, which could support and increase the conservation of painting. This study- used paper P as painting ...and paper A, B, C as lining-explored after the aging by moist heat treatment, how the paper fiber direction and paste concentration affected the lining sample physically, chemically, and optically.
The result showed, the four types of handmade paper had fiber directionality obviously, which made great influences on physical teat result, including size expansion rate, hardness, folding endurance, tensile index, percent elongation, and the number of creases. The result showed, the L.D. directionality had the best strength of hardness, folding endurance, tensile index, and percent elongation, the W.D. directionality had the worst, and the vertical directionality was at the middle. The size expansion rate of W.D. was better than L.D., and L.D. in pairs made the most creases.

Brand personality is an important attribute that creates brand image.
