In the study, it was aimed that the macroanatomic features of the coronary arteries and myocardial bridges were investigated in Tuj and Hemshin sheep. 10 hearts of male Tuj sheep and 10 hearts of ...male Hemshin sheep were used as the study material. It was applied the latex injection and corrosion cast techniques. It was observed that the hearts were vascularized by arteria (a.) coronaria dextra and a. coronaria sinistra. A. coronaria sinistra was dominant in 8 Tuj and 9 Hemshin sheep, a. coronaria dextra was dominant in 2 Tuj and 1 Hemshin sheep. The r. interventricularis subsinuosus was formed by ramus (r.) circumflexus sinister in 8 Tuj and 9 Hemshin sheep, by r. circumflexus dexter in 1 Tuj sheep, and by r. proximalis atrii dextri in 1 Tuj and 1 Hemshin sheep. There were myocardial bridges on the r. interventricularis paraconalis in all of the hearts. There was a statistical difference in the length of the myocardial bridges on the sulcus interventricularis paraconalis between the hearts of Tuj and Hemshin sheep (P less than 0.05).

This study was performed on the tendons and muscles of two Anatolian bobcats (Lynx lynx). The research materials were donated by Republic of Turkey Ministry of the Forestry and Water Affairs Sivas ...Branch Manager. To achieve this objective, dissection and radiography were applied to two dead specimens. Digit I is radiographically rudimentary in the forepaw. The muscles and tendons of the forepaw in the bobcat are located in the cranial and caudal aspect of the antebrachium, the central manus and hypothenar region. The extensor muscles are situated on the cranial aspect of the antebrachium, while the flexor muscles are located on the caudal aspect of the antebrachium. The m. extensor carpi radialis in the extensor group has long and short portions; the m. extensor digitorum lateralis et communis give rise to tendons associated with fingers; the fascia covering the muscles emerges on the lateral and medial border of the m. extensor digitorum lateralis. The m. flexor digitorum superficialis et profundus lie on the caudal aspect of the antebrachium; the superficial digital flexor tendons give rise to the origin of the bellies of the m. flexor digitorum brevis; the m. flexor digitorum profundus form a stout tendon from which the mm. lumbricales originate on the palmar aspect of carpal joints; the tendon of the muscle perforates the tendon of the m. flexor digitorum superficialis. The mm. flexores digitorum profundi breves in the central manus group consist of the lateral and medial portions and insert on the palmar aspect of each proximal phalanx associated with the fingers. Other muscles in the group, adductores digitorum, end to those in the fingers.Key words: Anatolian bobcat (Lynx lynx); forepaw; muscles; tendons; anatomy MAKROSKOPSKA ŠTUDIJA KIT IN MIŠIC SPREDNJE ŠAPE PRI RISU (Lynx lynx)Povzetek: V raziskavi smo proučili kite in mišice sprednje šape pri dveh risih (Lynx lynx). Material za raziskavo je darovalo Ministrstvo za gozdarstvo in vode Turčije. Na dveh kadavrih je bila izvedena radiografija in sekcija. Radiografija je pokazala, da je prvi prst sprednje šape rudimentaren. Mišice in kite sprednje šape se pri risu nahajajo v kranialnem in kavdalnem področju podlahti, centralnega dela dlani in na področju mišic, ki premikajo 5. prst. Mišice iztegovalke se nahajajo na sprednjem delu podlahti, medtem ko so mišice upogibalke nameščene na kavdalnem področju podlahti. Ena izmed mišic iztegovalk m. extensor carpi radialis ima dolge in kratke odseke; iz mišice m. extensor digitorum lateralis et communis izhajajo kite za prste; fascija, ki pokriva mišice pa se začne na lateralnem in medialnem področju mišice m. extensor digitorum lateralis. Mišica m. flexor digitorum superficialis et profundus leži na kavdalnem področju podlahti; iz površinskih tetiv digitalnega fleksorja pa izhaja trebuh mišice m. flexor digitorum brevis; m. flexor digitorum profundus tvori močno tetivo, iz katere mm. lumbricales izvirajo na palmarnem področju karpalnih sklepov. Tetiva mišice perforira tetivo mišice m. flexor digitorum superficialis. Mišice mm. flexores digitorum profundi v osrednji skupini mišic področja dlani so sestavljene iz lateralnih in medialnih delov in se nahajajo na palmarnem področju vsake proksimalne prstnice in so povezane s prsti. Araştırmada, latex enjeksiyon ve korozyon kast metodları uygulanarak ön bacağın venöz drenajını makroskopik olarak belirlemek için 10 adet Tuj koyunu kullanıldı. V. axillaris'in, v. subscapularis, v. ...thoracodorsalis ve v. brachialis'in katılımıyla oluştuğu belirlendi. Adı geçen damarın v. thoracica superficialis, v. thoracica externa ve v. suprascapularis'i aldıktan sonra birinci kaburganın cranial kenarından cavum thoracis'e girerek v. subclavia adını aldığı görüldü. V. subscapularis'in v. circumflexa scapulae ile v. circumflexa humeri cranialis et caudalis'in ortak kökünün katılımıyla oluştuğu tespit edildi. V. mediana'nın proximal yöndeki devamı olan v. brachialis'in v. interossea communis, v. transversa cubiti, v. bicipitalis, v. collateralis ulnaris, v. collateralis radialis ve v. profunda brachii'yi aldıktan sonra m. teres major'un insertio kirişi seviyesinde v. axillaris adını aldığı tespit edildi. V. mediana'nın v. interdigitalis ve v. digitalis palmaris propria IV axialis'in bir anastomoz dalının birleşmesiyle oluştuğu belirlendi. V. mediana'nın art. carpi düzeyinde v. radialis'e bir anastomoz dalı verdikten sonra lateral ve medial iki dala ayrıldığı görüldü. Antebrachium'un ortası düzeyinde lateral dal'ın v. radialis'ten gelen bir anastomoz dalı ile birleşerek v. mediana'nın cranial gövdesini, medial dal'ın ise, yine v. radialis'i oluşturan bir dal ile birleşerek v. mediana'nın caudal gövdesini oluşturduğu saptandı.
In the study, a number of 10 Tuj sheep were used to reveal macroscopically the venous drainage of the forelimb through the application of latex and corrosion cast methods. The axillary vein was composed of the subscapular, thoracodorsal and brachial veins. After receiving the superficial thoracic, external thoracic and suprascapular veins, the axillary vein entered the thoracic cavity through the cranial margin of the first rib, and continued as the subclavian vein. The subscapular vein was observed to be formed by the scapular circumflex vein and trunk of the cranial and caudal circumflex humeral veins. The brachial vein, which was the proximal continuation of the median vein, was constituted of the common interosseous, transverse cubital, bicipital, collateral ulnar, collateral radial and deep brachial veins, and was advanced as the axillary vein after the level of the insertion of the teres major muscle. The median vein was formed by an anastomosis branch of the palmar proper IV axial digital vein and the interdigital vein. After giving off a branch for an anastomosis with the radial vein at a level of the carpal joint, the median vein divided into the lateral and medial branches. At the middle level of the antebrachium, the lateral branch formed the cranial body of the median vein by fusing with an anastomosis branch of the radial vein while the medial branch constituted the caudal body of the median vein through joining with a branch of the radial vein.
Bu araştSrma, 10 adet Tuj koyununda kalbin drenajını gerçekleştiren venaların lateks enjeksiyonu ile ortaya çıkarılmasını
amaçladS. Araştırma sonucunda kalbin drenajının; v. cordis magna, v. cordis ...media, vv. cordis dextrae ve vv. cordis
minimae tarafından sağlandığı tespit edildi. Sinus coronarius'un v. azygos sinistra'nın devamı olduğu ve v. cordis magna ile
v. cordis media'nın sinus coronarius'a açıldığı belirlendi. Aynı zamanda, bir kalpte v. marginis ventricularis sinistri'nin ve
beş kalpte atrium sinistrum'u drene eden damarların da sinus coronarius'a döküldüğü saptandı. Bir materyalde atrium
sinistrum'un venöz kanının hem v. azygos sinistra'ya hem de v. cava caudalis'e boşaldığı tespit edildi. V. distalis ventriculi
sinistri'nin beş kalpte sinus coronarius'un oluşumuna katıldığı, iki kalpte v. cordis magna'ya açıldığı ve üç kalpte de
bulunmadığı görüldü. Atrium sinistrum'un arcus aorta'ya yakın bölümünün venöz kanının iki kadavrada v. cava cranialis'e
döküldüğü saptandı. V. interventricularis paraconalis'in v. circumflexa sinistra haline geldiği yerden ayrılan ve kedi ile attaki
v. angularis'i anımsatan bir vena tespit edildi. V. marginis ventricularis dextri, v. proximalis ventriculi dextri ve v. coni
arteriosi olarak isimlendirilen damarların birleşerek v. semicircumflexa dextri'yi meydana getirdikleri görüldü. V. distalis
ventriculi dextri'nin ise, doğrudan atrium dextrum'a drene olduğu belirlendi. Koroner venlerin dalları arasında belirgin
derecede anastomozların şekillendiği gözlendi.
This research aimed at observing the veins of the hearts of 10 Tuj sheep by latex injection. The results documented
that the veins draining the heart of Tuj sheep were the great and middle cardiac veins, the right cardiac veins, and the
minute cardiac veins. The coronary sinus was determined to be the continuation of the left azygos vein, receiving the
great and middle cardiac veins. The left marginal ventricular vein in one heart and the veins draining the left atrium in
five hearts were observed to terminate in the coronary sinus. In one cadaver, venous blood of the left atrium was shown
to be emptied both into the left azygos vein and the caudal vena cava. Moreover, the left distal ventricular vein was
displayed to discharge the venous blood into the coronary sinus in five hearts and into the great cardiac vein in two
hearts, yet was not present in three hearts. Venous blood of the left atrium near the aortic arch was displayed to empty
into the cranial vena cava in two cadavers. There was another vein ending within the angle where the paraconal
interventricular vein became the left circumflex vein, which reflected the angular vein present in the cat and horse. The
right semicircumflex vein was seen to be constituted by the right marginal ventricular vein and the right proximal
ventricular vein and the right conal vein. The right distal ventricular vein was determined to drain directly into the right
atrium. There were also eminent anastomoses between the branches of the cardiac veins observed.

This study was undertaken to reveal morphometric skull features of the Tuj and Morkaraman sheep. The skulls of 10 months old 6 male Tuj and 6 male Morkaraman sheep were used. A number of 38 ...craniometric measurements were taken from skulls of both species. Craniofacial indices were also calculated. There were no significant differences determined between the heads of these species except the measurement which displayed the width between the two orbita (entorbitale entorbitale=least breadth between the orbits), P< 0.05. The least breadth between the orbits of 66.58±2.263 mm in Tuj sheep and, 70.41±2.538 mm in Morkaraman sheep were obtained.
Bu çalışma, Tuj ve Morkaraman koyunlarının kafatası yapıları arasındaki muhtemel farklılıkları ortaya koymak için yapıldı. 10 aylık yaşta 6 erkek Tuj ve 6 erkek Morkaraman koyunu kullanıldı. Bu amaçla, her iki hayvana ait kafataslarının 38 farklı yerinden craniometric ölçümler alındı ve craniofacial indeksler hesaplandı. Orbita'lar arası en küçük genişlik (entorbitale-entorbitale) dışındaki ölçümlerde iki tür arasında kayda değer bir farklılık elde edilemedi (P< 0.05). Orbita'lar arası en küçük genişlik, Tuj koyununda ortalama 66.58±2.263 mm, Morkaraman koyununda ise 70.41±2.538 mm olarak ölçüldü.
Bu çalışma, Van kedisi böbreğinde arterial kan damarlarının dallanma modelini ortaya çıkarmak için yapıldı. Bu amaçla, 12 adet böbrekte aa. renales'in intrarenal dallanma modeli korozyon kast metotu ...ile makroskopik olarak incelendi. Sol a. renalis'in, sağ a. renalis'ten uzun olduğu belirlendi. Aa. renales'in, aa. interlobares'i veren r. dorsalis ve r. ventralis'e ayrıldığı gözlendi. Sonra, aa. interlobares'ten sırasıyla aa. arcuata ve aa. interlobulares'in çıktığı saptandı. Sağ r. dorsalis'in 3-5, sağ r. ventralis'in 4-6 aa. interlobares'e ayrıldığı görüldü. Sol r. dôrsalis'in 3-6, sol r. ventralis'in ise 3-4 aa. interlobares'e bölündüğü tespit edildi. Sağ a. renalis'in l böbrekte çift olduğu belirlendi. Bu böbrekte r. dorsalis ve r. ventralis'in bulunmadığı ve aa. interlobares'in doğrudan aa. renales'ten başlangıç aldığı gözlendi.
The aim of the present study was to explore the branching patterns of the arterial blood vessels of the kidney of Van cat. For this purpose, intrarenal arterial pattern of the renal arteries was investigated macroscopically by the corrosion cast in 12 kidneys. The left renal artery was longer than the right one. The renal arteries divided into the dorsal and ventral branches, and both of those gave off the interlobar arteries within the substance of the kidney. They then gave off the arcuate and the interlobular arteries, respectively. The right dorsal branch divided into 3 to 5 interlobar branches, and the right ventral branch 4 to 6 interlobar branches. The left dorsal branch gave off 3 to 6 interlobar branches, and the left ventral branch 3 to 4 interlobar branches. The right renal artery was double in 1 kidney. In this kidney, there were no dorsal and ventral branches, and the interlobar arteries originated from the right renal artery directly.
