With the advancement of cloud computing, data-owners prefer to outsource their confidential data to cloud as it provides storage facility at reduced administration and maintenance cost. When these ...confidential documents leave the user’s premises, security of the data becomes a prime concern, as cloud service provider (CSP) and end users are in different trust domains. To provide data privacy, it is preferred that the end user should encrypt the data before outsourcing to the cloud. Encryption provides security but makes data utilization a challenging task, i.e., searching encrypted documents is difficult. Various schemes exist in the literature but they are either restricted to single keyword search or are inefficient in terms of search time required. In this paper, we propose an efficient approach for secure information retrieval using the concept of bucketization. This reduces the average number of comparisons per query to sub-linear. Experimental analysis on Reuters-21578 data-set demonstrates that the proposed scheme provides a recall of 100% and precision of 98.45% while decreasing the search time by 98.85% using bucketization.

Background
Many reconstruction methods have evolved to offer limb salvage surgery (LSS) to patients with musculoskeletal sarcomas. It can be achieved using endoprosthesis or biological reconstruction ...methods like allograft or autograft or a combination of both. In carefully selected patients, resected bone can be recycled and reimplanted after sterilisation using methods like irradiation, autoclaving, pasteurisation or liquid nitrogen.
Methods
From 2010 to 2016, 10 patients with primary musculoskeletal sarcoma underwent limb salvage surgery (LSS) by wide resection of the tumour and reconstruction using recycled autograft treated with liquid nitrogen. Intercalary resection was carried out in six patients and intra-articular in four. The resected bone was dipped in liquid nitrogen for 25 min, thawed at room temperature for 15 min followed by dipping in vancomycin-mixed saline for 10 min. The recycled bone was re-implanted into its original site and stabilised with internal fixation.
Results
At a mean follow-up period of 39.6 months (range 6–97 months), all patients had a good function (mean functional score of 80%) with no evidence of local recurrence in the re-implanted bone or otherwise. Union was achieved at 15 of the 16 osteotomy sites with a mean union time of 5.2 months (range 4–7 months) without any additional surgical interventions. In none of the patient, augmentation with vascularised/non-vascularised fibula was done. No complication like fracture of the autograft, implant failure or deep/superficial infection was reported in any patient.
Conclusion
Recycled tumour-bearing autograft after treatment with liquid nitrogen is an anatomical, cost-effective, relatively simpler and reliable technique for reconstruction of bone defect after resection in selective primary musculoskeletal sarcoma patients.
Analytical performance of six different spectrum normalization techniques, namely internal normalization, normalization with total light, normalization with background along with their three-point ...smoothing methods were studied using LIBS for quantification of Cr, Mn and Ni in stainless steel. Optimization of the number of laser shots per spectrum was carried out to obtain the best analytical results. Internal normalization technique model was used for selecting the best emission lines having sufficient intensity and spectral purity for Cr, Mn and Ni for comparison of different normalization techniques. For detailed evaluation of these normalization techniques, under optimized experimental conditions, three statistical parameters i.e., standard error of prediction, relative standard deviation and average bias, were compared for these techniques using the selected emission lines. Results show that the internal normalization technique produces the best analytical results followed by total light normalization. The smoothing of the raw spectra reduces the random error and produces better analytical results provided the peak under study has sufficient (≥7) number of pixels.
Variant origin of left circumflex coronary artery (LCx) from right aortic sinus is a well-recognized coronary variation, usually without any clinical consequences. However, the variant origin and ...trajectory of the artery may have major implications during percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery surgery, aortic and mitral valve replacement procedures. We observed a variant LCx in a heart specimen belonging to 45-year-female with no history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease. The artery arose along with the right coronary artery from a common ostium in right aortic sinus and depicted a retroaortic course. The vessel was located at the level of aortic annulus and 6.6 mm above mitral valve annulus. The degree of luminal stenosis in variant LCx was higher than that in right coronary artery (RCA) and left anterior descending artery (LAD). Appropriate anatomical knowledge of the location and course of variant LCx is important for successful coronary interventions and valve replacement procedures.
